1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Monk Survey (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is permitted by local laws.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account per individual is permitted. Shared, duplicate, automated, or reseller accounts are prohibited.

3) Your Account

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and whenever updating your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Security

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security concerns or policy violations.

4) The Service

4.1 Survey Access and Partners

We connect members with surveys and offers from third-party providers (e.g., research networks and offerwalls). Many opportunities are hosted off-site or inside iframes. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, device, profile, quotas, or partner rules.

4.2 Estimates and Screeners

Time and reward estimates are informational only and do not guarantee qualification or credit. You may encounter screeners or be disqualified based on partner targeting criteria.

5) Points, Rewards, and Payouts

5.1 Accrual

Points accrue when a partner confirms completion. Pending, reversed, or rejected events may occur due to quality checks, invalid participation, or partner audits.

5.2 Conversion and Threshold

Unless otherwise displayed in your account, the default conversion is 100 points = $1 and the minimum withdrawal threshold is $25 (i.e., 2,500 points). We may update conversions or thresholds; any changes will appear in your account and apply prospectively.

5.3 Redemption Methods

Available payout methods (e.g., e-gift cards or supported cash-out options) are listed in your account and may vary by region and provider. Processors may require additional verification and may apply their own terms and fees.

5.4 Processing Times

We aim to process eligible withdrawals promptly after partner approval, fraud checks, and any required verification. Times may vary due to weekends, holidays, partner audits, or processor delays.

5.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

6) Member Conduct

6.1 Honesty and Quality

You agree to provide truthful, consistent responses and to follow instructions. Low-quality or fraudulent activity (e.g., random clicking, bots, speed-throughs, or conflicting answers) may result in reversal of credit and account action.

6.2 Prohibited Actions

  • Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or account farming
  • Use of automation, bots, scripts, emulators, or VPN/proxy to mask location
  • Misrepresentation of identity, demographics, or survey answers
  • Abuse of promotions, referrals, or partner systems
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service

7) Third-Party Services and Content

7.1 Independent Providers

Surveys and offers are often operated by independent third parties. We do not control third-party content, availability, policies, or performance and are not responsible for errors, outages, or delays on their systems.

7.2 Your Relationships with Partners

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Participation is at your discretion.

8) Suspensions, Termination, and Forfeiture

8.1 Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts, and/or withhold or reverse points, if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, policy violation, or a legal or security risk.

8.2 Dormancy and Changes

Points generally do not expire unless stated in your account with reasonable notice. We may modify or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance.

9) Intellectual Property

The Service—including text, design, logos, and software—is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Survey partners and payout processors have their own privacy terms that apply when you use their services.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous availability, qualification, credits, or error-free operation.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monk Survey and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or third-party services.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monk Survey and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your interactions with third-party services.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, partners, or legal requirements. Updates are effective when posted. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., email or in-product notice). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Monk Survey is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts (or, where applicable, arbitration forums) in that location will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, or outages of third-party networks.
